Pricing of Our Program
- The purchase price of each property is 75% of the appraised value. A licensed and approved appraiser selected by the lender conducts all appraisals.
- We require $5000 non-refundable earnest deposit in order to put a property under contract. We will not ask for this earnest deposit until our preferred lender approves you.
- At your refinance closing, WE will pay your actual closing costs. Thus, your total cash investment is only $5,000 down plus your taxes and insurance. (approximate total out of pocket is $6,500)
